Return & Exchange Policy

We at Jubleeo have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and our love for the environment. We love all our products and hope you will too.  We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

We have a free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

• unused and the same condition as you received it
• the original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

• If the product is returned after seven days
• If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
  

Exclusive Sale

• Orders placed during our Sale period are not eligible for returns. However, if you have a size issue or receive a defective or damaged product, we will assist you with an exchange, subject to size availability.
  

EMI Purchases:

• Products purchased through EMI are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges are allowed, subject to a limit of one exchange per order and size availability.

Note – We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, typically ranging from 75 to 100 Rs., in case you decide to return a product.
