Return Policy – Jubleeo

The return/replacement/refund policy is customer friendly so that you will feel more comfortable in making online buying decision. Only unused merchandise will be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return/refund/replacement on SALE products. You can return the merchandise via courier by raising the return request through the website My Account section by providing a valid reason. Please return to us the unused merchandise in original packing (Same box in which the merchandise was sent to you) for inspection. Replacement, if available will be couriered to you for unhampered products.

Customers are kindly requested to return products via courier at their own cost only after receiving approval from our customer care team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with the invoice and all accessories.
  • The exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Please await approval from our team before sending the product back.
  • Mention your Order Number clearly on the return package.
  • Once shipped, email the tracking details, order number, and details of the product required in exchange to: support@jubleeo.com

⚠️ Exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes our Quality Check (QC).

Important Notes

  • Discounted products, including those bought during the End of Season Sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We strongly recommend checking the size chart and confirming the product colour before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
